QETCI and Qmet Tech (Quantum Sensing and Metrology Hub under National Quantum Mission) are pleased to announce an online workshop on Quantum Sensing and Quantum Metrology, scheduled for 24th January 2026, Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) . This workshop is designed to introduce UG and PG students, as well as emerging researchers, to the fundamentals of quantum sensing and metrology—fields that are rapidly shaping the future of precision technologies, research, and industry applications.

The workshop will provide strong conceptual understanding of quantum sensing principles, current research directions, use cases, and insights into precision measurement technologies 

Attendees will be equipped with conceptual understanding, strategic insights,  and opportunities to engage with this rapidly evolving sector.

The program will also showcase Qmet Tech’s pivotal role in advancing research and fostering collaborations, aligned with NQM’s strategic vision. Participants will leave with a nuanced perspective on engaging with the quantum sensing ecosystem and capitalizing on forthcoming opportunities.
