Founder , Board Member and Chief Executive Officer
Reena Dayal Yadav is a Technology Leader and an Innovation Management Expert. She is known for her work in Establishing and Scaling up Innovation Functions within Organization and Incubating new Tech Oriented Businesses. She is the Founding Chairperson for the Quantum Ecosystems and Technology Council of India ( QETCI) and the CEO and Partner for Benzaiten Advisors. She is on the Steering Committee of the IEEE Quantum Initiative , Chair for the IEEE Quantum Special Interest Group in India and on the Consultative Committee for Quantum for the Government of Telangana. She is the Ex-Chairperson for SNIA in India. She is also on the Governing Board and Executive Committee of The Cloud Computing Innovation Council of India.
She is an Author – her Book “Innovation Magic” is a guide to creating and managing Innovation Management functions within Organizations. Her report on “Innovation Governance: Board Imperatives” has been published and referred to by many organizations.
She is a mindfulness practitioner and believes in Mindful and Compassionate Leadership.
She has an Engineering degree from IIT Roorkee. She is a Chevening Fellow for Science and Innovation Leadership Program from The Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Vaishnavi Ragam Kishan
Business Operations Coordinator
Vaishnavi Ragam Kishan is a cheerful and highly ambitious individual creating impact in Quantum Technology and Ecosystem as a Business Operations Coordinator at QET Council of India. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (Global MBA) from Solent Southampton University in the United Kingdom, interned in Business Operations at CGI London Business Unit, she has also worked for TATA Consultancy Services as a Business Development Associate right after graduation. With a rich exposure in terms of education and work Vaishnavi is actively focused on upscaling herself in project coordination, planning, organizing and general Management while simultaneously contributing towards the growth and development in the ecosystem
Padmapriya Mohan
Policy Fellow
Padmapriya is from Bengaluru, and is passionate about quantum computing. She is a research intern at IIT Madras, currently focused on quantum error correction. She is actively engaged in understanding the country’s quantum ecosystem, and works as a Policy Fellow at QETCI. She is working on a report about the Indian quantum technology value chain.
Shantanu Sharma
Senior Policy Researcher
Shantanu Sharma is a Senior Policy Researcher at QETCI, specializing in quantum technologies policy research and ecosystem development. In this role, he contributes to shaping policies that support the growth and integration of quantum technologies in various sectors. Prior to joining QETCI, Shantanu served as a Senior Analyst at the Centre of Excellence for National Security (CENS), RSIS, Singapore, where he focused on the implications of emerging technologies such as quantum and space technologies, AI security, as well as strategic communications for tackling cognitive and information operations. Shantanu has a background in cryptography and privacy-enhancing technologies, having worked in several research labs focused on this area. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University.
